All ORSO competitions comply with the CRSF Rulebook issued January 2011.

All ORSO competitions are judged by judges who have been trained based on the CRSF Judging Guidelines, issued January 2011.

All ORSO competitions are organized to comply with the CRSF Organization Guidelines issued January 2011. These guidelines cover Bidding for the Canadian national Championship, Gymnasium Setup, Announcements and Ceremonies, Awards, Committees, Concession and Equipment.
