Come and join Hamilton's Competitive Jump Rope Team!
Skipping season begins in September. The team practices twice a week on Monday's and Thursday's from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at:
Templemead (East Mountain)
62 Templemead Drive
The coaches are responsible for teaching skills and planning for workshops and demonstrations.
Children compete at Regional, Provincial, National and International levels. They participate in demonstrations, workshops and camps. There are opportunities to travel and make friends from all over the world!
There is a yearly membership fee and a cost to purchase a team uniform. The uniform consists of a warm-up suit and two uniforms (shorts and shirts) which are mandatory. There are additional costs for trips and camps. A team bag and single rope are provided to new members free of charge. A monthly BINGO is operated to cover a lot of the team expenses. Parents support is also very important (eg. transportation, supervision on some trips/camps and for many other things).
If you are interested in joining the team or having the team conduct a workshop or demonstration, please contact our Team Manager:
