OFSAA WEST REGIONAL 2009 TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS FRIDAY MAY 29 and SATURDAY MAY 30 RESURRECTION CHS, KITCHENER Dear Coach:    Welcome to the 2009 OFSAA West Regional Track and Field Championships. This year the meet is hosted by District 10/ 4 of CWOSSA. We hope you have a successful and enjoyable competition. To ensure that everyone is able to experience a quality event we ask you to please inform your athletes of the following procedures.   1.) Unsportsmanlike conduct by any competitor or coach will result in the disqualification of the competitor and/or coach.   2.) The use of loud music players, footballs, baseballs or other throwing objects are not permitted. At no time are coaches permitted on the infield. Only athletes involved in events on the infield are allowed in only the designated areas.   3.) Association entries were submitted by your area convenor. Changes can only be made through your association.   4.) The top four finishers in each event will advance to the OFSAA championships. Scratches by any of the top four will advance the next qualified athlete. Coaches will be contacted as soon as possible if that occurs.   5.) Please request that your athletes put their garbage in the appropriate containers.   6.) Tents and tarps are allowed only in areas along the fence line away from areas of competition.   7.)
