OFSAA WEST REGIONALS 2009 TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS
	Dear Convenor:   Just a few things to help you get ready for your associations’ track and field championships. I have included a check list to help you sort out the many odds and ends that need to be processed as part of your entry to the OFSAA WEST REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS.   Bryan Stride will be handling the Regional entries.  They must be submitted electronically using the Hy Tek platform no later than Friday, May 22nd, by 4:00pm. Only entries submitted on the Hy Tech system will be accepted. All association entries are to be forwarded to Bryan at   Bryan.Stride@ugdsb.on.ca   His address and mine are provided on the check list for your convenience if the need to contact us arises.   Bryan will be posting entries and results on this  website that you are presently accessing. The official web address is   Guelphtrack.ca   Please check the website no later than Tuesday May 26th to ensure your entries are correct. If errors have occurred contact Bryan immediately.   Please remind your schools that they must bring their OFSAA Supervision Forms, Code of Behaviour Forms, and Eligibility Forms to the OFSAA registration desk when they confirm registration to OFSAA for their athletes.   There are two financial issues that you need to be aware of prior to your meet to enable you to properly process your entries.   MEET ENTRY FEE: I have included an association entry form for fee calculations.  Please use it and include the appropriate fee.   Thank You for your time and consideration.
