THE TICATS ROOKIES PROGRAM
The Ticats Rookies Program, consists of five football camps and two cheerleading camps for children ages 6-14. Details of each program are provided below and a PDF registration form is available directly below.

Hamilton Tiger-Cats Rookies Football Camps are an exciting introduction into the world of Canadian Football. Campers will participate in non-equipment, non-contact individual football drills and learn skills from the pros.
Dates and Locations:
All camps at all locations will run from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
An extended program is available to accommodate various schedules. The morning extended program runs from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and the evening extended program runs from 4pm to 5:30pm at an additional cost of $25 per session.

The Ticats Rookies Football Camp includes:
- Participate in non-equipment, non-contact individual football drills and learn skills from the pros
- Learn the skill sets of various positions including quarterback, running back, cornerback and linebacker
- Have a great time, make new friends and learn from the best Canadian Football has to offer
- Special camp appearance by current and former Hamilton Tiger-Cats players and coaching staff.
- Learn proper nutrition and fitness from the Ticats trainers
- A Ticats Rookies Football Camp T-Shirt
- Two Ticats Club tickets to watch the Ticats play the Montreal Alouettes on Saturday, October 4
