Head Coach
Ray Baumgaertner
Eight seasons playing professional hockey of which 8 were playing Division 1 and 2 teams in Germany.
A broad spectrum of coaching experience with various teams over 22 year period. This includes Head Coach or Assistant Coach with the Listowel Cyclones, Kitchener Dutchmen, Brantford Classics at the Jr. "B" level and Durham Huskies at the Provincial Jr. "A" level. He has coached at the minor and major Midget AAA level with Waterloo, Kitchener and Cambridge.
He has worked with the Ontario under 17 Hockey Club as a coach, evaluator and on ice instructor as well as working with the Under 16 OHL prospects for 2 seasons.

Shane Hill
Shane coach at the Midget level in Waterloo. He also has his Trainers Certificate.
He has played Senior A/AA hockey with the Drayton Icemen for 3 seasons.

Assistant Coach
Eddy Gaffney
Eddy is beginning his coaching career having coached at the Midget level in Orangeville and helped as an Assistant Coach with the Orangeville Crushers at the Provincial Jr. "A" level. He also ran conditioning programs and assisted at summer hockey camps.
Eddy's playing career includes AAA hockey in Eastern Ontario, the Amhertview Jets (Jr. "C"), and the Ontario Under 17 Hockey Club. He has also had stints with the Barrie Colts (OHL), Moncton Wildcats and Rimouski Oceanic (QMJHL), Tier 2 Jr. "A" with Kingston & Moncton.

This is Ronda's 4th season as the trainer, strength & conditioning coach, & physiotherapist for the Fergus Devils. She holds a clinical Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and has her Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy.
Ronda has a keen interest in the area of hockey skill development and assisting players with their off-ice performance to progress to their optimal potential. She has extensive experience with elite athletes in several different sports at the university, provincial & national levels.
